Who this is for?
This programme is for professional services firms such as engineers, architects, lawyers, accountants, consultants, financial advisers and other professionals who represent their firm in every interaction, not just behind the boardroom door.
The coffee shop downstairs. The lift on the way to a client meeting. The restaurant table at a working lunch. These are not neutral moments. They are opportunities, and most people are unaware they are having them.
Two Up School exists to change that.
What the programme covers
Sessions are delivered in a Socratic style to groups of up to seven. The small group is deliberate. It creates the conditions for honest, practical discussion rather than passive listening.

The dining component
Thirty minutes of the session is spent at a formally set table. No food is served. This is deliberate.
The table is a space to interact and play, to ask the questions people never feel comfortable asking, and to work through the conventions of formal dining without the distraction of an actual meal. Place settings, glassware, cutlery, introductions, toasts, the unwritten rules most people quietly worry they don't know.
By the end, they do.
How it works
Kevin Kelso collects your group from your firm. That time in transit is part of the programme. It gives Kevin the opportunity to observe how your people interact naturally, with each other and with the world around them, before a single slide is shown. By the time the session begins, the delivery has already been further refined.
About your facilitator
Kevin Kelso practiced as a barrister-at-law for more than 25 years and spent two decades in cricket conduct roles with Queensland Cricket, including seven years as a Cricket Australia Conduct Commissioner and Match Referee. Rooms where presence, composure and interpersonal precision matter were his daily environment.
He left the law and founded Two Up School because he believes manners, etiquette and professionalism have never been more valuable to firms than they are right now. He saw the opportunity and decided to do something proactive about it.
